Thermomix Preparation:

Attach the butterfly whisk. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the bowl. Whip – 1 min / speed 3.5.

Remove the butterfly. Add flour, baking powder, and oil. Mix – 1 min / speed 5.

Pour the batter into a baking pan. Arrange slices of apples or other fruits on top.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
Classic Preparation (without Thermomix):

Whip eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Add flour, baking powder, and oil, and mix well.

Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Arrange fruit slices on top (apples peeled, cored, and sliced).
