Instruktions:

  1. Beat the eggs whites until stiff peaks form
  2. 2. Pour 1 cup of cold milk over the gelatin and let it soak untilit swells
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks
  4. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites
  5. Dissilve the swollen gelatin by pouring in 1 cup of hot milk. Let to cool slighly until lukewarm.
  6. Add the dissolved gelatin to the eggs mixture and mix well.
  7. Layer the mixtures in a pan or mold and place in the fridge to set.
  8. Decorate the top with fruit i jelly
  9. Put again in the fridge to set.

Result- A soft, airy dessert that tastes like a sweet cloud- nostalgic and irresistible.
