Instruktions:
- Beat the eggs whites until stiff peaks form
- 2. Pour 1 cup of cold milk over the gelatin and let it soak untilit swells
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks
- Gently fold in the beaten egg whites
- Dissilve the swollen gelatin by pouring in 1 cup of hot milk. Let to cool slighly until lukewarm.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the eggs mixture and mix well.
- Layer the mixtures in a pan or mold and place in the fridge to set.
- Decorate the top with fruit i jelly
- Put again in the fridge to set.
