This fruity cake is the ultimate summer treat! Soft, fluffy, and topped with fresh apples or your favorite seasonal fruits, it’s perfect for a sunny afternoon or a casual dessert.

Thermomix Preparation:

  1. Attach the butterfly whisk. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the bowl. Whip – 1 min / speed 3.5.

  2. Remove the butterfly. Add flour, baking powder, and oil. Mix – 1 min / speed 5.

  3. Pour the batter into a baking pan. Arrange slices of apples or other fruits on top.

  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.


Classic Preparation (without Thermomix):

  1. Whip eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

  2. Add flour, baking powder, and oil, and mix well.

  3. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Arrange fruit slices on top (apples peeled, cored, and sliced).

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.

  5. Once cooled, drizzle with icing.
